Michael Gassner Consultancy focuses on delivering consultancy services and trainings in the field of Islamic Finance as well as sourcing investment opportunities for Middle East institutions. He is continuously giving speeches at international conferences, 2004 e.g. at the Harvard Forum on Islamic Finance in USA, the Islamic Leasing conference and the Islamic Retail Finance Seminar both in London and published in various magazines in and outside Germany.

Nur Effendi Sahid

Nur Effendi Sahid is the CEO and Director of i-FREE Capital Pte Ltd, an Islamic
Finance Consultancy and Training Group. Nur Effendi has provided Shariah consultancy & training services to various financial institutions in Singapore, Sri Lanka and other countries across the world. His clients include OCBC Bank, and United Overseas insurance Limited for whom he has provided Islamic product development services. Nur Effendi is also experience in dealing with Shariah scholars and building the team of eminent Shariah scholars. At i-Free Capital he is responsible for the formation Shari'ah Advisory Council which offers product endorsement services to the third party client. Mr. Nur Effendi has also provided Takaful (Islamic Insurance) Sales Practitioners’ training to Amana Takaful (Sri Lanka). Earlier he was the executive director of Syarikat Takaful Singapura where he initiated the diversification of the company from Islamic insurance distribution into training and consultancy business. He also provided shari’ah advisory services to Financial Alliance Pte. Ltd, an independent financial advisory firm in Singapore.
