Kuwait Finance House completes implementation of Oracle Human
Resources Management Systems
Oracle Corporation, the world's largest enterprise software
company, announced today that the Kuwait Finance House has
completed the deployment Oracle Human Resources Management
Systems and Payroll modules of the Oracle E-Business Suite.
Kuwait Finance House was established in 1977 and is considered
one of the world's largest and most respected Islamic Financial
Services Groups, with operation in over 10 countries and number
of employee's counts for more than 1600 and total assets of over
$10 Billion.
The E-Business Suite modules included in the project were Oracle
HRMS (Human Resources Management System), Payroll, Oracle
Training Administration, Oracle Self Service and Oracle Business
Intelligence. The broad implementation automates all aspects of
routine human resources management and allows Kuwait Finance
House to devote more time and investment to its customers and
business development opportunities while enabling its employees
to update and manage their own records in self-service resulting
in more accurate and up to date.
Mr. Jassar Al-Jassar, General Manager, Kuwait, Finance House,

logical solution and was unanimously selected. The biggest

processes. By choosing an integrated human resource approach,
with modules covering various functions from Payroll to
Training, KFH has secured long-term cost and efficiency
savings.”
Ahmed Qal Hoqal, HR Manager of Kuwait Finance House said, “By

process.” On the other hand, Mohd Al Wassif, KFH HR Consultant,
confirmed that choosing Oracle was a key factor in achieving the

which is a major objective of his department.
Kuwait Finance House entrusted Oracle's partner APPSLINK with
the task of deploying Oracle Human Resources Management System,
for its proven technical capabilities and its deep understanding
of the KFH business.
